Tagor Asset Management
Tagor Asset Management is a development and asset management company operating in Central and Eastern Europe, primarily in Romania. We have been a local partner for a major private equity fund since 2006, responsible for deal origination, due diligence, and ongoing management of a large, diversified portfolio of real estate properties. This includes the development and sale of more than 800 apartments and commercial properties.
Ofer Lieberson
Ofer Lieberson is a highly experienced businessman with over 25 years of expertise in real estate and debt sectors. He actively invests, originates, develops, and manages real estate assets and non-performing loans (NPLs) in Europe and the USA.
He is the Chairman and founder of Tagor Capital (traded on the TLV Stock Exchange from 2006 to 2013), Tagor Asset Management (2006), and Tagor Group LTD (2005). These companies operate in Europe alongside high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
Through the Tagor Group of companies, Ofer has been involved in bidding on €5 billion of NPL and REO portfolios, along with various development projects, investments, and originations of large deals in the USA and Europe.
Lived and worked in New York City from 1985-2002 and has been focused on European real estate since 2004. Ofer is a speaker and panellist at various distressed real estate and NPLs conventions in Europe.
